Problem Daily exists to equip students and teachers to master problem-solving in physics, math, and more. Whether it is used as a tool for quiz and homework generation, or as a supplemental exercise training source for various concepts, it is our hope that Problem Daily will help you to build intuition, confidence, and skill in finding solutions.

We know that physics and word problems can be daunting, and we want to help make physics, math, and problem solving more accessible to everyone.

We believe that the best way to master new skills is to practice -- that is why we want to offer a problem of the day along with a systematic solution process to walk you through the basics of problem solving.

David Jackson

David a physicist and engineer with a bachelor's and a master's degree in physics, also with a master of divinity degree and experience working as a youth pastor. He has 6 years of experience teaching high school and works as a homeschool parent and instructor as well.

Patrick

Co-Founder

Patrick Gartland, PhD

Patrick has over 10 years of experience in research, physics, engineering, and education. He has a doctorate in physics from Georgia Tech, and has since been working in the private sector in the aerospace industry.

He has had a passion for teaching since high school, and through Problem Daily, he hopes that he can equip students to build intuition, and to bring encouragement and assistance to teachers, homeschool groups, and distance learners.

Patrick enjoys using data analysis, writing algorithms, and designing simulations to solve interesting problems.
